Hello,  I’m Frances Rustemeyer and I will be teaching 4th grade.  My room overlooks Main Street, so many times I feel like I have the best room when the Fatima Band comes marching by.  It makes me feel like I am watching the Thanksgiving Parade.  This school has been my day home for many years, every year is a new beginning.  Each year I enjoy the students and there is always something new happening.  I live outside of Loose Creek.  Charlie, my husband loves to garden and that is what I stay busy with in the summer.
